Strategic Leadership Alliance
  1. Rapid Mobilization - To raise up indigenous Christian leaders and missionaries for World Christian
    leadership and world evangelization through RAPID Leadership Training and Power Transfer
    similar to Apostle Paul’s ministry.
  2. Culturally Sensitive Training - To provide indigenous Christian leaders and missionaries with
    culturally sensitive training to facilitate the Indigenization of the Gospel.
  3. Relevant Role Models - To provide indigenous Christian leaders and missionaries with culturally
    relevant leadership role models to promote Contextually-Correct Mentoring.
  4. Real Leadership Opportunities - To provide indigenous Christian leaders and missionaries with
    REAL and SWIFT leadership opportunities and ownership of ministries both Locally and
    INTERNATIONALLY and thus reducing patronization and simultaneously increasing partnership
    parity.
We foresee three major waves of overseas missionaries from Asia,
Latin America, & Africa.
The First Wave (AD 1990’s & beyond) - Major sending nations: Korea &  Brazil

The Second Wave (AD 2020’s & beyond) - Major sending nations:  China & Nations of Latin America

The Third Wave (AD 2050’s & beyond) -  Major sending nations: India & Africa
